Q1: How do I use a solar charger to charge Anker SOLIX C1000?

- Use an 11-60V solar charger with an XT-60 connector.
- For 11-32V, the supported current is 10A max.
- For 32-60V, the supported current is 20A max.
- For best compatibility, use these Anker solar panel series: 625, 531, or PS400.

Q2: How should I store and maintain the power station?

- Turn off all outputs when not in use to avoid battery power loss.
- Store in a dry and cool area.
- Check battery capacity each week. If the battery level is below 30%, charge to 100%. Fully charge once every 3 months.

Q3: How do I use the Anker app?

- Connect to a network before using the app for the first time.
- After connecting to a network, connect the power station to off-grid devices via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.

Q4: Can I recharge Anker SOLIX C1000 using AC and DC input simultaneously?

This is not possible. AC input is prioritized if both AC and DC inputs are connected. When AC recharging ends, Anker SOLIX C1000 switches to DC recharging automatically.

SurgePad™ activates when total output exceeds rate output. Heat-generating devices work best. SurgePad™ does not support precision instruments and other devices with voltage protection or a strict voltage requirement.

Great Unit. Performs as advertised.

I like it!

I've been using my Anker out in the garage just to test it out. Haven't been hunting yet to use it like I intended. I used a dc outlet to run my bluetooth speaker and also plugged my 700watt mini microwave into it. works just fine with both. I don't quite understand what "surge" is all about yet.
I also love all the charging options for devices like phones and tablets, plus adding a piggyback station for longer use time. I'm not set up for solar yet but will consider it down the road.
I plan to use my Anker for camping/hunting. When you've ridden all day long on your four wheeler and don't feel up to cooking a meal and getting things all dirtied up, this will be handy with my microwave. Just pop in a couple burritos warm them up and listen to some music from your bluetooth speaker while having a quick dinner. Then- off ta bed! Thank you Anker for a reasonably priced option to make my life easier!

Terrible customer support

My concerns about the power station remains unaddressed. On 8/13/24 I had a virtual visit, which I have a copy of, with Shelly. She was unable to answer my questions and stated that my concerns would be forwarded to a specialist. The specialist has yet to get back to me. I may be returning the unit

Great product with actual customer support

I called the company before the purchase since we ordered the ECOFLOW delta 2 on primeday and they over sold and had them on back order to keep selling them. Then printed out a false shipping label so you couldn't return since it was in transit. We got Amazon to refund and ordered anker after a phone call. They spoke plane English. Made recommendations based on usage. Even said they sell open box and have a decent warranty on them as well. We just used the solix for a 2 day trip around 30 hours using a set power 45qt fridge with the DC to dc connection the c1000 was at 62% charge. First time using with out complete discharge to increase accuracy of battery reading. Totally sold on the product very happy with purchase.

Great Device!

Had it a few weeks now and it is so convenient. I powered two home refrigerators for two hours and it used 50%. I've been using this around the house instead of running extension cords, making things so easy.
