How to Connect a Shelly Meter to the Anker App

Great news for Shelly meter owners—you can finally connect to Anker SOLIX Solarbank 2 Pro/Plus and the Anker app.

First, update the app to V3.0.0 or above, then upgrade the firmware for Solarbank 2 Pro/Plus to a version compatible with Shelly meters.

Note that this compatibility will be gradually rolled out to ensure the best possible user experience. If you haven't received an opportunity to update and would like to, please contact support@anker.com.

Once this is done, just connect your Shelly meter in the Anker app as normal. As of September 2024, only Shelly 3EM and Pro 3EM are supported.

Step 1: Select "Third party device" on the "Add a device" page.

Step 2:Choose Shelly Cloud.

Step 3:Log in to your Shelly account.

Step 4:Add the Shelly meter to your devices.

Step 5:You're connected.
